Temperature Control ISSUES

temperature controlthermostat pin
Temperature control in the room was AWFUL. Guests cannot adjust the thermostat. It requires a PIN. The room was cold at night. The thermostat locked at 19°C despite radiators being on. I sent an email and staff adjusted the temperature, but the PIN code was not provided.
